Return policy

General Product Return and Refund Policy 

Returns are allowed up to 15 days after the invoice date. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The refund will not be processed until we receive the returned merchandise and confirm its good condition.

Returns can be made by email or phone at apunta29@gmail.com / 654 413 310. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, except in the case of defective products or incorrect shipments. All returns must be sent with prepaid shipping and insured for the full amount of the returned products. Returns without prepaid shipping will not be accepted.

After checking the condition of the product, it will be replaced, or if that is not possible, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. If this refund method is not possible, TWENTY NINE ART will refund the amount via bank transfer.

Product Returns
TWENTY NINE ART will cover transport costs in cases where a product needs to be returned or replaced due to an error in the order preparation. However, if the product needs to be changed due to an error in the customer's order, the transportation costs will be at the customer's expense.

Return Conditions for Materials
- Return in its original packaging and in perfect condition, both the packaging and its contents.
- 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
- The warranty includes the necessary labor for repair, but not transportation costs.

Special Return Conditions for Tattoo Machines
- Returns are only accepted for unused machines or those with demonstrable faults through photographs and videos.
- Used machines without demonstrable faults cannot be returned.
