General Product Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise to confirm its condition.
Returns can be initiated by contacting us via email at lebamachines@gmail.com or by phone at +34 653 290 959. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors. All returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned products. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
Fees
In the event of a return, a proportional refund of the order will be issued, excluding payment transfer fees, which vary depending on the payment method:

For payments made via VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay: 1.9% of the order amount plus €0.30.

For payments made via PayPal: 2.9% plus €0.35. If the payment was made in a currency other than the Euro, an additional 1.9% of the total order value, including shipping, will be charged.
After verifying the condition of the product, we will proceed with its replacement. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer. If this is not feasible, LEBA will refund the amount via bank transfer, excluding the aforementioned payment transfer fees.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, customs fees will not be reimbursed and will always be the responsibility of the customer.
Product Returns
LEBA will cover transportation costs in cases where the return or replacement of a product is due to an error in order preparation. However, if the product change is due to a customer error in order formulation, transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Conditions for Materials

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, including both the packaging and its contents.

One-year warranty from the date of purchase (outside Spain).

The warranty includes necessary labor for repairs but does not cover transportation costs.
Special Return Conditions for Tattoo Machines

Returns are only accepted for unused machines or those with demonstrable faults, supported by photographs and videos.

Machines that have been used and do not have demonstrable faults cannot be returned.
